If I have a bluetooth keyboard, and my Mini already has bluetooth inside, then do I still need a USB receiver in my Mini? Or does it not need it?

Also, if my keyboard is bluetooth, then can I still use the 2 USB ports in my keyboard?

The BT keyboard does not have usb ports in it.
You can connect two keyboards to a Mac at a time with no issues.
Keep a USB KB handy in case something goes wrong - you never know! I have actually stopped using my BT one for now.

You don't need the receiver.

Presumably - but the speeds are going to be horrible. BT is much slower.
