All iPads Bluetooth mic for iPad

Hi,

I want to record lectures using my iPad. In front row, iPad records the lecture good but I just want to improve the quality by using external Bluetooth or wireless microphone.

Do you have any idea if it is possible or not?

I need to record conference meeting room discussions on my iPad 4 which I just bought. I guess it will need to be a Bluetooth model microphone? Or will I need adapters for the Lighting port?
