bluetooth missing....

this is what happened yesterday. i was on 10.6.1 and i was having airport extreme issues. so i went back down to 10.6 and upon boot i get bluetooth not available. i called apple and we did a few things and nothing worked. so im supposed to go to genius bar tomorrow. but later that day i did the resets again and my bluetooth worked again. and now today when i turned back on its not again. whats gives i tried repair permissions again and i get this message. see attached pic
