Bluetooth Mouse stopped.. tracking?

My Bluetooth Mighty Mouse suddenly stopped tracking. I can move my pointer over something with my track pad and click with the mouse but the mouse itself won't scroll the pointer... any suggestions?

Is it really a known problem? It's under warranty so I guess I'll just get another one.
