Bluetooth music controls for the car?

I listen to Slacker in the car a lot. After the recent iOS update Bluetooth controls work in Slacker.

Is there a device than clip onto the dash or the steering wheel that I can click to pause or skip songs? This way I NEVER have to move my eyes to the phone AT ALL.
