HomePod Bluetooth music to HopePod?.....

If I purchase a HomePod and set it up with my account (I want to use it as a HomeKit hub too), can someone else connect to just stream music across from YouTube, for instance - like a basic Bluetooth speaker - without having to set them up as an additional user?

HomePods don't have bluetooth, but you should be able to set up airplay restrictions so that anyone connected to your wifi can airplay to it.
