Is it possible via hack or app to stream the music player via BT to a paired vehicle?

I see that the phone obviously sends audio for phone calls, but I also noticed yesterday that the Voice Notes app actually streams into the cars audio as well.

I do this everyday to my SYNC in my truck. No reason to Jailbreak for this.

What model phone, firmware, and what BT setup is in your car? I have no trouble streaming audio from the iPod app, TuneIn Radio, Audible, or the MLB At Bat app from an iPhone 4 running 4.2.1 to anything I've tried. And as jbro1999 said, that's not been dependent on any hacks.
