Bluetooth NOT working!

I just noticed the other day that my BLUETOOTH is NOT working. It keeps searching but doesn't find or connect!
Is this an issue after jb n Unlocking?
Is there any apps I can add which will give me bluetooth?
I wonder what else is not working after jb!
