Bluetooth Pairing is being interrupted.

So my bluetooth headset when it tries to pair, says that its being interrupted.

I need to just get the device address.


I'm following this guide to it working on my computer.

So yea nothing?

Why is it being interrupted what can I do to stop this is there a way that I can get the device address without having to pair with another laptop?
