Bluetooth Phone as Bluetooth Headset for iChat?

Is there a way to configure iChat AV so that we can use a bluetooth phone as sort of a bluetooth headset?

Don't think so.

My new Samsung E900 doesn't even work with iSync let alone iChat.

You can get a VoiP phone though, works with Skype, too.
