I know someone who has a mbp and their bluetooth seems to be acting up in a wierd way. Her mbp can send files via bluetooth but when you send something to it via bluetooth, sending computer says "The device doesn't have the necessary services". So when i try to send a picture or song from my mbp to hers it comes up with that message. Ive tried imac's, and another mbp and it still comes up with the message.

Is the File transfer option ticked in the Bluetooth system preferences?

Yes everything is checked and i can receive files from her.
She has applecare but we are trying to see if we can fix this because the closest apple store is a hour away.
