I have a MBA (early 2014) iMac27 (late 2013) running Yosemite and an iPhone 5s which I have just upgraded to OS8.1 as it is supposed to fix the bluetooth connection problem; it does not. My Bluetooth keyboard and mouse work correctly
They all paired correctly pro to the "upgrade" but will no longer do so. They show the pairing code and connect briefly but then disconnect with the message "network unavailable" although they all show on each screen. As an aside the iPhone pairs correctly with my car.
It seems that the Yosemite OS is very defective (not only in this respect) and not fit for purpose. Has anyone any idea when Apple intend providing a patch to fix this problem. At the moment I wish that I had stuck with Windows *.1 at it works much better than Yosemite.
