Bluetooth problems with a desktop.

I have a iPhone 6+ and was trying to pair it with my HP ENVY Recline 27-k009 TouchSmart All-in-One Desktop PC. It lets me pair it but will not connect. On the phone it says not supported. The computer is running windows 8.1. Can anyone help me with this?
