Hello everyone.

I just purchased a new Tao Tronics TT-BR06 bluetooth receiver for my car. My car doesn't have Bluetooth capabilities..so, I connect this device to the AUX port in my car, and then connect my iPhone to the device via Bluetooth to stream music/Podcasts/etc. It actually works very well!

I Have an iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 10.3.3 installed...no matter how much I use this bluetooth receiver, it always reports as 100% battery life which is pretty unhelpful.

I also noticed that it shows a headphone icon in the status bar...I'm guessing that's normal? Perhaps the phone things it's headphones, I don't know.

My Planetronics bluetooth headset shows battery life properly on the iPhone.

Has anyone experienced this...seen this before? Does anyone know why it won't display the correct battery information?
