Bluetooth receiver?

Is it possible to have a bluetooth receiver which receives audio from my iPhone and plays it through at 3.5mm jack to my speakers?

Absolutely. Motorola S705 is one I used for a long time for that purpose, but I think it's discontinued now. There are several similar devices that will do this.
