Anyone else experiencing this issue? On iOS 10 if Bluetooth was on but not connected the icon was a light gray and then became solid black (or showed headphones) when a device connected. Now, the icon is always solid black. My headphones still show a headphone icon when they’re connected but when my car is connected the icon doesn’t change. Not a major bug just a small annoyance but I was wondering if anyone else noticed the same behavior.

I rarely leave bluetooth on, but from what I've heard from other posters, this is intended behavior. It seems this is the default presentation for the bluetooth symbol, and doesn't seem to be a bug to my understanding. Odd though that it would remain this way through the final release.
