Bluetooth Sound Quality In Car???

I had a Kenwood DDX318 6.1 Double DIN DVD Receiver installed in my car and planned on using the Bluetooth with my iPhone.

The sound quality is like an FM radio....Also the sub woofer does not turn on when trying to use Bluetooth.

I've tried tweaking the system but it still just plays the treble

The only way I can play music thru my iPhone is with the cable connected to the front of the head unit.

Can anyone help with this? Any suggestions?
