Bluetooth Speakers disable iphone microphone

Hello, I recently installed a Bluetooth receiver in my car. The receiver connect to my speakers and did not come with a microphone and I don't need one. However, when my phone is connect to the Bluetooth receiver, it's internal microphone gets disabled and I can't speak on the phone or use voice control features unless I disconnect from the bluetooth receiver. Anyone know how can I connect to the Bluetooth receiver without giving up my microphone ? My phone is an iPhone 4S running on IOS 5.0.1 and fully jailbroken
