MP 1,1-5,1 Bluetooth Static on Google Chrome

I have a MacPro 5.1 that I upgraded the bluetooth and wifi module which has stayed compatible up to Big Sur. The audio quality works well when I listen to music on Spotify or Apple Music. However, when I use either my AirPods Pros or Sony Wireless Headset on Google Chrome for work meetings on Google meet I have a horrible static issue. I have searched all over online and have had zero success on solving this. Am hoping the smart people on this forum might have suggestions. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
