I got my 3GS today and had bluetooth tethering working flawlessy on my iPhone 3G. I went to setup tethering on the 3GS, updated all the carrier files, etc, but my phone won't connect to my MacBook Pro. I have it paired, it just won't connect. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Facepalm:

There was a bluetooth update for Mac OS X the other day....I just updated it and whola, tethering is working on the 3G S.

/thread.

I had that same exact problem until I rebooted my Mac. It has worked flawless since

uiop I am having the same problem.

On my 3G I had VV, MMS, and tethering working flawlessly. Now I am having issues.

It also appears that the tethering hack has prevented me from using visual voicemail.

Maybe a password perhaps? or perhaps a block on your computer that is not allowing the blutooth to connect. try the computer first, most likely not the 3GS.
