Bluetooth Tethering

I have an iPhone 3GS as well as an iPhone 5..
As we all know that wi-fi tethering isn't available on 3GS, is there any way to connect iPhone 5 via bluetooth?
I have internet connection on my 3GS and want to use it on 5 and the SIM isn't cut.. So can I connect on my iPhone 5 via bluetooth??

Get a sim cutter and cut it down to nanosim size.
Then use a sim adapter to switch back and forth if you want to either phone.
