bluetooth to/from other phones

Here is what I have:

Smartphone (not iOS and not Android)
iPad 2
MacMini

Using bluetooth, I can easilly send pictures from my Mac to my smartphone and also easilly send pictures/videos from my smartphone to my Mac. So there is some sort of compatibility

I was wondering if I can send pics/videos from my smartphone to my iPad 2 using bluetooth.
