i know the iphone cannot have stereo bluetooth but is there a way to transfer files like EVERY OTHER PHONE CAN?! maybe through the app store or through jailbreaking?

Aloha polishmacuser,

If you jailbreak your iPhone (3G), you can install SSH and transfer files securely that way. I did that on my 1st gen iPhone and it worked perfectly. Just remember to change the default root password or you could leave the door open for a malicious WiFi "war driver".
