Bluish color on top of Mail App in iOS6?

In iOS6 is the top of your screen in Mail where the Carrier, WiFI, Time and Battery Level displayed a bluish/gray color also? One of the first things I noticed after updating. I like it, but it is unexpected.

Is your's like this also?

Yup, same in settings. Just a little change that apps will take advantage of when they're updated.

I hate it. Sometimes it's blue (like in Instacast) and other times it's black. I prefer it to be black all the time.

That, the horrible new App Store, and the crippled WiFi are my iOS 6 gripes thus far.
