Blur number plate - iMovie

Hey there,

I'm in the process of editting some footage in iMovie (latest version), and need the facility to blur out a car number plate.

I couldn't see anything obvious within iMovie itself, and came acorss some iMovie plug-ins on Apples Downloads page.

Are there any alternatives? Any free resources or techniques within iMovie that allow you to achieve this effect?

EDIT: Sorry I just realizied it wasn't a free plug-in from Apple, but at 16$ it's not that bad. Perhaps if it came with a bunch of other cool tools??

Seems like that plug-in is exactly what you need? Did it not work?
