iPod touch Blurred photo from the front lens of Ipod Touch 5

I have ipod touch 5. The rear camera is functioning properly but when I look at the front camera I can only see a very blurred image of myself. I tried to clean the front lens many times but that does not help. Kindly help.

I had the same problem with the refurbished iPod Touch 5 I bought last year. Fortunately for me, I noticed the issue in the first couple of weeks after buying it, and they exchanged it for another one at the Apple store. As far as I can tell, they exchanged my refurbished one for a brand new one.
