Blurred pictures on iPhone 3GS after upgrading to OS4

Hi!

Upgraded my iPhone 3GS with OS4 today. Everything works fine except that all of my digitalphotos that i had transferred from my computer are blurred and seems like they have been taken with a cheap 10 year old webcam...

This problem do not occur with the one picture i had as background photo before the upgrade. Pictures and videos taken by the iPhone works fine as well.

Has anyone else experienced the same error?

resync your iphone. it should work then. I've read you just have to resync the pictures to correct the problem
