Blurry caller id picture

When making outgoing calls the caller id picture is blurry! i hate it!

You cant size and scale custom wallpapers.

Passcode and fingerprint only gives one option to pick from "immediately" i want atleast 1 or 2 min for phone to require passcode.

I was going to comment on this as well. If I make a caller ID picture for someone, I did it for a reason. When it's blurred out beyond recognition, what's the point?!?

It's blurry when it's in the background essentially (as is the general iOS 7 design when it comes to depth), but when it's of actual use, like an incoming call (before it is answered) it's clear.

There is none. Not sure why they opted for this look on the pictures.
