Alright on a one way or two way video chat in iChat my video that is being sent is very blurry.. however my internet connection is very good... Up and Down... and so is the recipients (we have the same ISP) 4.5MB Down and 43.8KBps Up or 350 kbps up (bytes or bits w/e)
My preview window is crisp as seen here
But when I connect it looks like this
