Blurry Mission Control/Expose Windows

I am not sure if others are having this issue or if it is my config but in Misson Control my grouping of windows are very blurry. I can't read any text like I could in Expose on SL. Is is possible my video card. It really hurts my eyes to look at:

I don't have Lion, but I imagine that this is something that you can't avoid. The operating system is basically condensing the image of the window into something smaller, so you can see all your windows. By doing so, the image isn't going to be as clear as when its viewed in full resolution.

True, but in SL I was able to activate expose and still read text and watch movies.
