Blurry Picture Finder

I am looking for software for Mac 10.6 that can search my computer including iPhoto and Aperture libraries to locate any blurry, granny or too dark photo. I would like this software to give me the option to remove all the photos from my computer that it finds... if I chose to of course.

Do any of you know of a piece of software like this?
