Blurry text on external 4k monitor (2017 MBP - Bootcamp)

Hi,

I recently bought a new MBP (2017) and am having troubles setting up my external screen on Bootcamp. The screen is Asus 4K PQ321QE.

See the attached image. You can clearly see that the text isn't clear.

Anyone knows of a solution?
