BMW Films to die on 21st October

I know, I wish they made a few more. I really liked all of them and I will be ordering season 2 on dvd.
I downloaded them again, I don't remember were I put them, and since they are compressed Spotlight couldn't find them

While watching an interview with an actor (I forget who now) on tv, they said he was working with BMW making a new movie for their BMWFilms series - and they showed the set and everything with the 5 Series. (I'm sure I didn't dream this!)
Looks like something didn't work out and they canned it.
I ordered the DVD, no idea if NTSC DVD's will work on my dvd player though?

I'm still surprised that they ain't doing a few more with the M5 etc... I was really looking forward to them too, especially when the current 5 is the first BMW I've liked in about 20 years.

And yeah, Clive Owen would have made a great 007. I only wish they had made a longer full featured movie.
I have this DVD next to my Ronin, Bourne Identity, and Bourne Supremacy.
i was lucky enough to visit the set during the first series. pretty cool seeing guy and madge do their thing...i really enjoyed their movie. was very bummed that no one i knew was hired for the next series. oh well.

So, the DVD only has the Season 1 short films? Any idea if a Season 2 DVD is on the way? And any idea if a Season 3 will be produced (although it's been a couple of years, if I'm not mistaken. I remember downloading these quite a few years ago...)

The only one I didn't like was Beat the Devil, even though it had James Brown and Gary Oldman. I really hate how drag races are portrayed sometimes in film. Heck, even the Prius can do a 1/4 mile in 18 seconds, yet a Z4 and a muscle car go for miles on the Vegas strip, and still manage to find a burst of speed by changing to 6th gear several miles outside the city? Lame.
