Hi all what is the proper board ID for a 2006 imac 20"? When I first received the IMac it was a 4,1. I did a hacked flash to make it a 5,1. It is now a core 2 duo with 3 GB RAM. Could all owners of a 5,1 please run the following command using terminal:

ioreg -lp IOService | grep board-id

For mine I get F42787C8. Is this correct?

What do you get?

Reason is I was under the impression that it could run Lion with no problems.
But no such luck. Can get it to run by installing onto my hackintosh using a USB hardrive and booting from it.
