Boderlands 2 Not Working Properly?

Whenever I try to play BL2 I get these little black spots that come and go all over the screen. Also, anything that I walk to and get close to turns to this faded blue color so it makes the game unplayable. Everything far away is as it should be but when I try to approach it everything shifts to this horrible blue color. I MEAN EVERYTHING TURNS TO THIS COLOR. You can't even make out what anything is because the lines and stuff are gone.

Oh and I have MBP 2012 (the upper version) so I really doubt it is my graphics card. I have also installed and reinstalled my drivers.

I know its a new game, but is there a patch for it? That could solve it. And i know its obvious but did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the game? If you haven't that also could autocorrect the issue.
