one would think with all this covid crap going around that having a sensor that could detect fever would be a good thing to have. if the aw can record o2 saturation it should be able to measure body temp fairly easily.
 
Where do you usually measure body temperature?

On your wrist, measuring the temperature of your skin, mostly exposed to colder environment would be highly inaccurate.
I agree, we currently still hit ~ 80 during the day and I was sitting outside just yesterday, felt very comfortable but my watch started feeling hot as my left arm was exposed to direct sun. I think body temperature measurement via watch would bar very inaccurate ...
