BOFA keeps looping...you get this too?

i try to login in my bank of america online it only works as the mobile version but when i try to log on as in the regular site.. it just keeps looping asking for my ''STATE/ID NUMBER/LOCATION .. i type it in then repeats over and over on EDGE and WIFI..im on t-mobile..i have never got this problem before is it my iphone settings or its there site?

anyone get this problem on ATT or T-MOBILE ?
