Bonjour error message

I recently upgraded to a brand new Intel iMac and am running Leopard. We are an office and on a network. Since I have been running the new iMac, when I try to respond to only one other persons iChat message (who is on a G5 tower running 10.4) I get an error message saying "Instant Message connection failed. The other person’s computer may be unreachable." This happens between me and this one workstation - no one else. He gets the message anyway.

Anyone know the cause?
