Bonjour Update - Improves Apple TV Connectivity

There is a "Bonjour Update 2010-001" available through Apple's Software Update Utility:

"This update improves the reliability of connections between iTunes and Apple TV."

At a minimum, it means Apple still cares about the Apple TV. Maybe it is time for an update in the coming media event? One can hope, right?

I wouldn't read too much into this. The ATV connectivity has been buggy as hell for a while. Fixing an ongoing issue doesn't necessarily mean that the device has a future. I would say it argues against it - i.e. why not issue a combined feature update and bug fix with the announcement?
