iOS Book PDFs for beginner?

Does anyone have a PDF file of some good books regarding programming and learning a language for a new guy? I'd really appreciate any direction. Thanks!

I see the links to sources, but I was hoping someone actually had a book in a PDF format for me to use rather than buying a book at B&N.

If you don't want to spend $20 on a book then you are never going to amount to anything in terms of programming anyway so just forget about it.
