Hello everyone,

Basically back in September I bought a book book and I had decided that it looked kinda too faded so was a bit disappointed and was at first considering buying a new one.

I decided to contact Twelve South directly to ask if the fading I experienced was normal, I sent pictures of both the inside and outside and Twelve South immediately replied and said this was not normal.

Over the next few days we discuss possibility of the BookBook's authenticity and suddenly they ask for my address and agree to UPS me a new BookBook even though I purchased in the UK and they will cover all costs, now that's good customer service.

:) just thought I'd share incase anyone considered ordering one.
 
@ OP: have you already received your replacement? did you have to return your old bookbook before they sent a replacement?
 
Yea I received the replacement today much better quality, I now believe the first one I had was a high quality fake.

I did not have to send the original back twelve South sent it free via UPS airmail.
