Bookends crashes on start-up

Hi folks,

All of a sudden Bookends will not start-up; it does two bounces and then crashes - I haven't used it for two weeks, but back then it was working flawlessly.

Do anybody have any suggestions as to how I may get it up and running again?

For anyone else having this problem, it was caused by a glitch in AirFoil's InstantOn plugin. Uninstalling the plugin resolves the problem.
