Bookmark Bar AND Tabs?

Can anyone who is running iOS 5 say whether it's possible to have the bookmark bar and tabs in Safari at the same time? I'd hate to think it's one or the other...
 
In settings you can set "always show bookmark bar" just as you can on 4.3 now...so yes,,,you can see it below the tabs.
