Bookmark icons in Firefox & Safari blank

I was using OnyX to clean my computer and while doing that I checked the Delete bookmark icons by mistake and now none of my bookmarks icons show up in Firefox & Safari it's just blank white icon.

Is there a undo or a fix to get the bookmark icons back?
