Bookmark tab

Once opened and a website chosen, does anyone else have to click on the tab again to shut the bookmarks from the side of the page?

It stays illuminated blue until I click an close it again.

Yeah I had to do the same thing, also noticed Apple moved it from the right side to the left side, assuming your talking about iPad here.

I reverted back to iOS 7, will wait till Apple releases an update to iOS 8 before I upgrade back to iOS 8, I had too many problems with it. Then again, I really like the way my devices are performing under iOS 7 (5S & iPad 2), I might just leave them this way, old saying goes, if it ain't broke don't fix it.

I can't stand having to click the bookmark icon for the left plane to close. I think it's purposely made this way though.
