Bookmarks and reading list

anyone has any problem syncing safari bookmarks between devices running iOS 11 beta and iOS 10? I can’t seem to sync bookmarks betweeen iPad Air on ios 11 and IPhone SE running on 10.3.3.

My bookmarks and reading list are syncing with my iMac running El Capitan but Safari iCloud tabs have not worked ever since installing iOS 11 (PB1 - current) and others have noticed the same issue even with newer versions of macOS. Maybe similar issue.

However I do recall seeing some posts regarding bookmarks and reading list not syncing for others on the beta but I don’t have a link.
