Bookmarks bug in Apple Maps

There is a bug since the release of IOS8 with the Bookmarks and Apple Maps App.

You can check it, it´s easy:

Open the Apple Maps and introduce a direction in address bar. Once time the searched results appears, you want to save that address into your bookmarks.Tap the Options, Save Bookmarks, and you rename (instead of address name) for example "John´s home".

You have already saved the bookmark ("John´s home"). Close the Apple Maps app...

Open Maps again, and tap "address bar", "Bookmarks" and tap "John´s home" (previously saved) to show the route (navigation). HERE YOU CAN CHECK THE BUG. The app doesn´t show you anything, and you can`t use it for navigation!!!!

I´m very surprised nobody hasn´t posted yet...

I´m not a developer so I am not able to report this issue.

I´m not a developer so I am not able to report this issue.

I typed in an address into maps.
I saved that address in my favorites as "Domino's Pizza"
I closed the maps app
Open maps app and went to favorites and selected dominos pizza
it dropped a pin on the location.

It's working for me.

When you tap the bookmark automatically dissapear from the address bar (not dropping the pin)...

I have checked in several iPhones (iOS 8.1) and the bug was present in all of them

Looks like a bug but it works fine here in the USA. Maybe it's a problem in other countries?

This issue still persists in iOS 8.1.1.

It's not possible to save a Bookmark in iOS 8 in some countries.

For example, in Spain if you type a direction and you want to save it, you save it, but when you tap the saved bookmark it doesn't work correctly.

If you want to save a bookmark you have to drop manually a pin into the map and it will work correctly...

I can't believe Apple hasn't realized about this bug yet.

If there is any developer I would be thanked if he can report it.

Example: you can check with this direction (Paseo de Reding 20, Malaga, Spain), copy paste in Apple Maps and save a bookmark, after tap address bar, Bookmark, and tap the bookmark, it doesn't work!!!
No problem with iOS 7.1.2 (checked in my iPad).

you should be able to report the bug right from your Maps app i think. tap the bottom right info corner and then tap report a problem.
