Bookmarks in Opera

I've been trying (and liking) Opera on my mbp, but I am wondering a) how to import bookmarks from Firefox 3.6 and b) set up a bookmarks toolbar a la firefox. Need some help with this one, much appreciated!

View > Toolbars > Personal Bar
