Bookmarks not syncing

why are the bookmarks, favourites no reading lists, not syncing between my MacBook Pro, iPhone and iPad please?

Confirm that you are asking about Safari and that you have, in settings on all devices, logged into the same iCloud account and, in those settings, have checked "Safari" in the list. Also, check that you have available iCloud storage space in the settings.
