bookmarks.plist file won't chronosync, safari bookmark syncing

Hey,

i want to have my windows safari browser mirror my mac windows browser's bookmarks....

... using chrnosync to sync the bookmarks.plist file from my mac to my windows...

... but it won't let me sync the .plist files! why is that? i logged in as administrator... won't let me sync the files, though i can manually change the plist file by dragging and dropping....


?
